Copy and paste the example below for simple embed code.
In each case replace only the characters
PUT FILE NAME URL HERE
with the file url for the media you want to provide.
Bulk media storage for customized, or personal files is
rarely abundant on personal ISP's. I use for those files. The free account is good and availability is good but not rock solid. The premium account is cheap $5/mo and allows for much more traffic if needed.
GENERIC mp3 EMBED

Advantages: Plays MP3, WAV not sure about WMA.
Simple embed forces cache of audio.
Disadvantages: forced file cache can take up resources
on slower connections.
GENERIC WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER EMBED

Advantages: Plays MP3, WMA, WAV. Simple
embed with ability to stream without immediate cache
Disadvantages: I know of none, but I don't use mac or
unix boxes. Let me know if you do.
GENERIC mp3 FLASH EMBED

Advantages: Plays MP3, WAV. This is the
most compact model I know of. Does not force file cache.
Disadvantages: No position controls in this example.
There are many other flash drivers that do. I just don't use them because
simple audio embeds require less driver space for those flash controls imho.
One other issue. Flash embeds someone to host the .swf driver. This
example assumes I will be keeping my Roadrunner account, making it available to
you indefinitely. Though that is safe for now, that can change.

Can we? Anyway, welcome back Sam. We have missed you. We think your hosting on AAR was as revolutionary as (way back when) Jean Shepard was on the air.
Tried to send numbers of messages to that effect to AAR website; all got blocked...HMMM "democracy, not ideology" as Mark Green said.

Its always good when there are easily accessible Sam archive links. i know KPTK Seattle have mp3s everywhere. but they're not labelled
