The Democratic National Committee Rules and Bylaws Committee considered the two challenges that have been filed concerning the seating of delegations from Florida and Michigan at the national convention. Formal presentations were heard from the challengers and representatives of the Florida and Michigan state Democratic parties and the presidential campaigns of Senators Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Food fights are goofy.
I don't see how the states can bring any compelling reason after James' introduction. That was devastating. The DNC did everything to help FL & MI run a proper primary. They don't DESERVE a single delegate. Any they give will be on Obama's charity and grace.
The only compelling reason I find
Is getting the grass roots organizations organized in the states. Changing the delegate count would be crazy.

Note to Jon Ausman
You failed to meet the original charter to be anyone's "Delegate" when you broke the fundamental timing/schedule rules you originally agreed to. The shall rules for inclusion you stated as an appeals case became mute when you failed to comply to the DNC schedule. Deals off. The severability clause is there for a reason.
