Did you know you can use
http://www.ourmedia.org/
and archive the files permanently to the internet archive where anyone can download in perpetuity.
http://www.archive.org/index.php

and AAR podcast of Seder on Sunday uses these encoding settings-
Bit rate 24 kbps
Sample rate 22.050 kHz
MPEG 2 layer 3 (mp3)
mono
so that 1hr 50m shows come to 19.5 mb (approx)

And sloppy! ;) I probably should've slimmed that file down a bit (thanks, RickB) and I wish I was more consistent with titles.
