AD POLICY

I'm going to start taking ads. I won't reject much. Just looking to offset coat of the site, etc. Oh and to become a millionaire so I can get me some of those huge Bush tax breaks!  With that said, I suspect  those Google ads for conservative books ain't going to do too well here.

Funny story

Your "become a millionaire so I can get me some of those huge Bush tax breaks" comment reminds me of a brief conversation I has as a 23 year old recent college grad. One of my co-workers, maybe 27 years old, asked me, "What are you, a Republican or Democrat?" I said, "Democrat." He said, "Why don't you vote Republican? You're making money now." I wish I can remember now what my reply was, but if I could go back, I would say, "I'm going to keep voting 'Democrat' because I like people more than I like money."

Alright, so it's not so funny.

But it did give me a "funny feeling" that I should pop him one. That'd teach him.

Pat criticizes the GOP congress and Bush

One of my favorite Al Franken Shows was with Pat Buchanan. AL ripped Pat about his family's history of always being on the wrong side of issues of the day and how Pat was carrying on the tradition. Mr. Buchanan took it in stride. These two together. They really brought out the best in each other. To hear Pat Buchanan laugh. These two should have a tv show. ... I digress.

The reviews are extensive, easy to access and if the clicks pay that's great.

Gets me thinking Sam, what is your chemistry like with Mr. Buchanan?

by the impression and not by click because I certainly won't be clicking on any ads for Rudy Guiliani or the Conservative Book Club.

This makes me sad Sam, you are a great talent and an indispensible voice for our times and you are reduced to taking these types of ads to off set the costs of this web site.
