At about 4 minutes in:
Marc really gets rolling.
Since his audio was sent
through his cell phone,
like on Oct. 16th,
he is able to get his point
across with less breakups and "Echo".

This was taken from the downloaded VOD,
(18 hrs. Dial-up),
and not the live vid-cast.

This .mp3 was a 55 min Upload,
so a ~40 min download for
DU users.

I upgraded my pc from 320MB RAM,
to its max of 512MB,
and still it is a bit choppy.

It must be the VOD itself.

There is an Image Embeded within the .mp3.
If you have MusicMatch use the tag edit
feature and look for an "Art" button.
Or try to open the .mp3 with a image
viewer program like Irfanview, or
photoshop, or ms-paint.
