Maron sometimes will loop like he has turned into a cronenberg sort of DEMON. Sometimes to great effect... sometimes not.
And we all know that MARC YOU NEED A FUCKING BETTER MIKE! And probably a

LIMITER/COMPRESSOR!!!!!

I have problems with: Seder vs. Maron (not live)

The nature of the problem is:
1. sync is out of whack
2. video and audio freeze (Usually Maron)

Observations :

Sometimes after Marc freezes, the video of about 3 seconds of what he's going to say repeats a few times (3 or 4, I think) before it syncs up again.

I also get an occasional message that a buffer is full, but it doesn't seem to stop or slow anything down.

I have problems with:

S v M and SoS

The nature of the problem is:

SvM: on last show Sam's volume was much lower and would not buffer as quickly.
Maron's quality was perfect.

SoS: Live cam always suffers. Audio break-up, freezing.

Observations :

Having the Sam and Maron stream side by side was illuminating. Maybe because I'm physically closer to Maron. Maybe that upstate country living has you to far or with to many hookups to your local optoelectronic interface. David Nolte does a good job at explaining the basics in "Mind at Light Speed: A New Kind of Intelligence"

possible solutions:

if you're streaming something else get rid of page it's on. AARgh even when its 'off' keeps your stream busy.

use AdAware to get rid of any hitchikers or trojans. all of em are resource hogs.

even with that said, the sammy cam is a resource hog too.

try a reboot before listening for better memory buffering in windows.

and still it'll stutter even with a clean machine and a adsl line in.

also defrag if ya know how, amazing how that improves streaming.

just saying it'll stream better on a cleaned up machine

I have problems with video on demand (I'm always at work during the live broadcast).

The nature of the problem is video and audio looping, mostly Marc. Also, I notice that the timer for the video jumps ahead without me touching anything.

Marc doesn't get enough speaking time on Marc vs Seder show. The delay in synchronicity causes Marc to hesitate and lose his entry into the conversation. ( 10 EST would be better for me.) thanks hon, goodnight.

VOD of Sv.M is the problem: If you, Sam, are speaking and Marc tries to interject, his screen and audio goes into a one second repeat and then eventually unfreezes. Then there are the audio level probs you tried to address with him this week.IF I could have my wish, it would be phone-ins to S v. M from Svetlana and Lawton Smalls on a recurring basis and , of course, Sen. Katherine Harris.

The problems are:
1. Video and audio for both Sam and Marc sometimes seem to skip a few secs when they have a back and forth going.
2. Sam's volume is lower then Marcs.
3. Maron's video and audio does a looping thing while Sam is talking and then stops when Marc starts to talk. (Like its the first sec of what Marcs going to say building up while Sam is talking.)
4. Sometimes when the talking gos from Marc to Sam, Sam's vid/audio speeds up for a sec, then gos normal and then I get the "buffer" warning box on Sam's screen.

I have problems with:
1. I have problems with LIVE feed on the Maron/Seder hour and SoS.
2. my buffer bounces from 0 to 100, 40 to 100, 80 to 100 etc., not on both screens at the same time. And it doesn't matter whether I use small screen or large screen; both have the same problems.
3. Sound is choppy; sometimes I lose chunks of words and it is difficult to follow content.
Occasionally video and audio freeze; not always both screens at the same time.
4. when I listen to the recordings from the Seattle KPTK of SoS I have no issues at all
5. Volume (i.e. music, intros) from "breaks" is much louder than Sam's or Marc's voices.
6. Marc has been consistently louder than Sam.

The nature of the problem is: (audio break up, sync is out of whack, video and audio freeze up, etc): see above

Observations : (add stuff like you notice the buffer drops on the vod, a flash happens before you freeze etc): buffer drops when the sound stops....

I have problems with: vod, sometimes live when I'm lucky

The nature of the problem is: Marc loops a second or so of whatever he was going to say while Sam is talking then picks up again when Sam is done. Makes Marc look silly (like grunting and pulling his lip continually) and Sam hard to hear.

Observations : I often get a small 'buffer is full box' but it doesn't change anything, I just click it closed

syndrome problems - I have no idea while this happens on Maron's end and not yours but it is really irritating. Hey don't get me wrong, I love the show - I always catch it live and then check the VODs which I love except it is painful to watch Marc, as tortured and neurotic as the guy is even without the technical glitches we do not need additional crazy stuff on that side of the cam! Please check into it and see if you can fix it. I will pay the dues regardless but before the thing goes on paypal I think you should have a faultless product

I have no problems except when everybody else does (freeze and refresh kind of thing) but lately (the last three shows I believe) this is what happens: everything is fine during the breaks, then you go live and audio starts sputtering not immediately but as soon as you press one of the special sound effects buttons, or get a guest on the line, the sound breaks up, goes into long pauses, it becomes impossible to follow the conversation. I have been switching to AAR stream when you go live on the radio and then back to the cam during the breaks, a lot of windows open, slight time delays between the two, lots of keyboard work and shuffling around, which interfere somewhat whith my otherwise great enjoyment of the show!

Looks like much of this has been said, but...

Lots of times when I watch the VOD, Maron's side will essentially start to stutter. It is like he starts to say something while Sam is talking, and it keeps repeating. Then Sam finishes talking and Maron finishes his stutter. Maron isn't actually stuttering, it is more like a record skipping. Sam's side never skips, only Maron's. Maron and Sam also seem to be out of sync with eachother on the VOD often.

I've also had the video skip during punchlines, which gets frustrating. Maron will get on a long rant/set-up, then a skip in video, then Sam and Maron are laughing at the joke, which I never got to hear. I've even rewound and I get the same skip in the same exact place. Maybe the VOD would be better compiled if you were able to save the content on the individual computers generating the content, and then merging them later? No matter what the internet is doing, you get Maron from Maron's computer and Sam from Sam's computer, without any worry of the connections between.

I also agree that you need to do something to equalize the sound. Maron is way louder, and on the VOD there isn't an individual audio level like on the steaming Sammy Cam.

I also get the buffer is full box sometimes on the VOD.

The nature of the problem is: All of the above - Lauren is delayed (voice then video) you cam rebuffers non-stop

Observations : No observation - just constant rebuffering - so you miss a good portion of the conversation.

We mostly have problems with Seder v. Maron live. When I experience problems with Seder on Sundays, refreshing seems to do the trick.

We get a lot of audio breakup as mentioned above by others. Sometimes it's a missing word or two, more frequently it's whole chunks of sentences making it difficult for me to follow the conversation. Video freeze ups are usually easily dealt with by refreshing.

Marc's volume is WAY louder than Sam's. Sam's volume is good, normal. Marc's volume is loud and full of distortion - make's it very difficult to listen. Other posts are saying he needs a better mike. He also tends to lean into the camera very closely - don't know if the mike he has is attached to the camera...

By the way, I have listened to/watched the show in 3 different locations on 3 different computers and the problems listed above have occurred in all 3 computers and locations.

I live in the Bronx (New York) and listen to the Seder/Maron show in the Bronx and New York City.

I have information about 2 of the 3 computers: one, a desktop, has Windows XP and internet service via Cablevison Optonline (cable.) Don't know offhand what the RAM etc. is as I'm typing this away from home on a laptop.
The laptop also has Windows XP and has a wireless connection to the above cable internet service (when I'm home.) The RAM on the laptop is .99 GB and the speed is 1.60 GHZ

I have problems with:
Both (not the same problems).

The nature of the problem is:
Live = occasional audio/video drop outs (when Maron moves too much/fast; more changing pixels = more bandwidth need/use, which can exceed end user's connection).
VOD = Lots of audio/video drop-outs/freezes, sync usually off, with some weeks better and others worse. Sync on 11/06 pretty good, but lots of a/v drop-outs.

Observations:
Marc needs to stop "leaning in" toward his computer after setting his mike; doesn't seem to realize he's doing this.
Sam is usually too quiet. Sam insists on "v" or "vs" in the title, like this is a "squaking-head" shout-fest. It's not "dynamic", Sam, it implies confrontation.

The nature of the problem is:
I get a "buffer is empty. Wait until it refills" at about the 5 min 30 sec mark. The video continues to run, but is clipping, and Marc's video has a tendency to loop (1-2 sec clip) 5+ times while Sam is talking, then it picks up again when Sam pauses for Marc's reply.

(I tried letting the entire video load before playing, but still ahd problems.

I noticed that Marc tends to lean into the camera/ microphone when he tries to make a point... could this be causing his hot vocals? I see he just bought a new microphone...Maybe he could take it back and get a lapel microphone. This would keep a constant distance to his mouth...

I'm with above- you're not Sedar v. Maron. You're Seder and Maron versus the crazy elephant. What's his name? Max? Probably made in China? So I hear...

I view the Sunday show @ home and Seder/Maron at work. I seem to have more frequent issues with Seder/Maron show. The Sunday show is usually all good and never had trouble w/ M-F Seder show.

This Tuesday I could only connect for the first 20 minutes of Seder/Maron because it was not refreshing very well and had to watch VOD later. Maron needs to lay off the caffeine it seemed like he was on something but the crazy broken record effect on his end didn't help.

I'm using two computers, an AMD desktop with XP, and an AMD laptop with XP. Issues are the same with VOD on both systems.

1. Marc needs to call the Apple store and get them to help him set up his mic. Same problem with the built in, or the external he bought. The record level, or input is set too high, so when he raises his voice it crackles. I use windows exclusively, and the mic input is in audio properties. Don't know where the settings are with an Apple. It's not about the distance to the mic, it's the input volume level that's the problem. He also needs to be sure he's adjusting the right mic. Last time, he was adjusting things and it wasn't making a difference, I believe that's because he was adjusting the wrong mic... The onboard mic should work just fine as long as he gets it set up correctly. I don't want Marc to stop ranting though, he's hilarious... just want his mic to work.

2. I'm not able to watch live, so my comments are limited to VOD. Maron's sound loops sometimes, I get a tourettes like blurb of a couple seconds of audio and video that repeats several times before finally moving on. If Maron says, "Sam has cooties", it comes out as, "Sam ha..., Sam ha..., Sam ha..., Sam has cooties." Sometimes it's funny, like when Marc blew a booger out of his nose, I got to see that like five times in a row... but it covers what Sam is saying.

3. I frequently get a warning box that says the buffer is empty or something, but the stream recovers and moves on but the error message remains.

4. For the most part, Sam comes through fine, occasional buffer warning. I suspect the problem with Marc has to do with his connection speed and buffers on the machine that combines and sync's the two streams.

I'm in Washington State, I have a 3Mbps dsl connection, so it's not the connection speed that's the issue. Both my computers have 2G RAM, and are current with XP updates and drivers.

Love you guys, will definitely subscribe, especially if VOD continues as I'm not available at most times to listen live due to my business.

PS. I think it would be good for you to also post a podcast, mp3 only of the show. That way people with less powerful computers or iPods can listen to the show AND it would save you bandwidth costs...

I have all those problems mentioned above but I thought it was because I was on dial-up. :) :) When I couldn't even hear the live Marc and Sam / Seder and Maron, I gave up ever hearing them period so I'm hopeful you'll find an answer to these problems, Sam. Good luck!

I have problems with: VOD

The nature of the problem is: the Maron video periodically skips. Sam is busy making a point on the left, and on the right, Maron is eating the same spoonful of porridge over and over again, or saying EAUGH 20 times in a row.

Observations :
1. There is a buffer overrun message that pops up as well, though I don't know if it happens at the same time as the Maron skips, as I am usually just listening to the audio.

2. Maron is even harder to take when this happens.

I've been having these issues on my work laptop for weeks. However, tonight I tried the VOD from home on my MacBook Pro. Very smooth. I guess the solution is to stay away from Windows. :)

SoS has been improving steadily but not SvM. I have the worst problems with the video on demand for SvM. It is he only VOD I've tried. A podcast would be appreciated.
I have gotten the

message while watching the VOD. Various browsers tried. iCab, Firefox, Safari all exhibit the same behavior. Marc is always worst quality (Dropouts/uninteligable)but the buffer empty message has appeared in the Sam window.

It's rare that I get a clean videostream.

The 'Wide Stance' seems much worse - but now I only go for the small one.

I get breaks / freezes all the time. A reboot mostly fixes it for a few minutes. The audio chops up badly.

On the "Seder/Maron Unbought, Unshaved, and Unhinged" hour, even on VOD I get problems with Mark's video feed, multiple 'pre-echos - that is Sam will be talking, then I see Mark answer multiple times, eventually Sam stops, and Mark's answer then syncs. Strange timeshift.

My eyesight isn't the best, but it looks like a buffer is filling/emptying more on Mark's feed.

I hate to say it, but the REALVIEWER/VIRUS was more stable... Democracy Now works fine, VLC audio streaming (NovaM) OK, Windoze Media player (sadly) best, AA streaming (Win) good.

a segment of audio from maron will loop again and again while seder talks, and lasts for about 30-45 seconds. this happens about a dozen times during one program.

what would be FABULOUS is if you could offer audio-only versions of this stuff. i love you guys, but i don't need to see your heads twitching around max headroom-style while i listen.

ps - ask maron if he'd be willing to talk about his divorce, maybe share some post-divorce revelations. it would offer some wry comfort to those of us who are going through the same thing at the moment.

The nature of the problem is:
A) audio break up (both VOD & Live)
B) sync is out of whack or overlaps (both VOD & Live)
C) video and audio freeze up (both VOD & Live)
D) Maron's video on VOD goes into a repetitive loop, which can go on for nearly a minute at a time (sometimes funny, sometimes annoying) more than just a 'stutter' - it will be a snippet of dialogue repeated along with the video repetition. It usually self-resolves without refreshing, but then is out of synch with Seder's video.
E) "buffer is empty wait until it refills" message on VOD

Observations : Viewing Live SvM refresh usually helps, but oftentimes lose the flow of the conversation or miss punchlines/quips when the stream goes down and waiting for refresh

I have problems with: Both Sam/Marc and VOD

1. VOD- the video and audio freeze up on Marc. At times Marc's video goes into a repetitive manic dialogue loop for a minute or more! Buffer is empty/full messages.

2. Sam/Marc - It is mostly with Sam. Video and audio freeze up for minutes at a time. I can hear Marc perfectly and his volume sounds great on my end w/ no distortion. On occasion Marc's video will freeze, but not as much as Sam's.

Video freezes & Jumping....On Sam & Marc..Mostly Marc.

Marc's voice cracks when he talks load..Which totally sucks too!Because,it just throws off his timming,and thought process when he's trying to say something and,Sam has to keep telling him move the Mic farther away!

I keep getting a message on the screen saying something like"buffer is empty-wait"with a ok button.
Most of the times I try to play VOD I can't fast forward past Marc looping,because there isn't any buffer available..So,can't fast forward..
But,this last time I played VOD (Nov.6th)I had some (Buffer?)so I could fast forward..But,the looping would come back soon..

Still getting the Maron/Headroom effects. Maron's voice is fine, Sam is a bit low on the volume.

My problems is mainly with live sound on Sammy Cam. First and foremost it is too quiet. I have a add on speaker for my laptop but even with the sound whacked up to full i can't hear you properly. I do have occasional freezing problems and cannot hear audio of telephone guests (I think that is technical glitch) but mainly it is a sound issue. Also when I watch Seder vs Maron (even on demand) when you are speaking and Maron tries to interject he gets caught on some sort of loop and funny as it sounds...it is really annoying. My buffer bar is constantly resetting and going up and down.

I live in the West Indies (island of Nevis)and rely on streaming to hear ANY radio at all and Air America in particular.

I use XP professional for my OS, use a Sony Vaio, Ram is 1G and not sure on processor speed. I get internet from high speed DSL.

I will continue to watch and listen regardless but how nice it would be to fix the problems...can't wait to sign up for a fully functioning 'pay' service.

Live is better than VOD although there are points when the images freeze or the audio is inaudible.

VOD is much more problematic. Sam's video sometimes freezes momentarily and his audio is sometimes too low. Marc is much worse. His video freezes more often and for longer periods, the audio is sometimes not in sync, but the worst part is when a small fragment of Marc's audio repeats, sometimes as many as 5 times, and is so loud and distracting that I cannot hear what Sam is saying. There are also many dropouts in Marc's audio so that I do not get more than the gist of what he's saying and sometimes not even that.

I have tried to let the program load before playing, it does not help. I have tried going back a few minutes and then replaying the problem spot, that does not work. I also get the message that the buffer is empty but that does not seem to affect the show.

If there is some fix that requires me to fool with my computer, please make the instructions clear enough for a tech idiot such as I am to understand.

Not so much a SammyCam problem but thought i'd share my experience with the Video archives

I have problems with: i was not able to view the archived videos of the Marc Maron/Seder shows and Seder on Sundays

The nature of the problem is: you are able to see click to start... status bar does some thinking then 'Done'. Black screen - nothing.

Observations : This problem coincided with all streaming video going down for me. I was not able to watch the video on nba.com/video for instance. I could only view Youtube-type Flash streaming videos. I ended up uninstalling my antivirus software and once i did the SamVideos worked, though Nba.com/video still doesn't work for me.
Basically you just need to be careful of any viruses etc... that you may pick up as it may change your firewall settings. i ended up just removing it altogether. Funnily enough logging in with a different user allows me to access streaming content, so sometimes it might be just your login that's affected.

I have the same problem listed above often, and it is really only Maron's feed that has the major, consistent, looping problems. I get a little bit of skipping with Seder, but Maron's is really bad, unwatchable.

This is with the VOD of M v S.

Firefox 2, Windows XP, Cable modem connection, with no other problems with other streaming video from other sources like CSPAN.

I too would love an MP3 version to download.

But the show is great, I really like you two, probably too much.

Ditto. It's my #1 most annoying issue. I can tolerate almost everything else.

When Marc says, "YEAH, YEAH!" (or whatever else) ten times in a row while Seder is talking I get impatient and annoyed, though.

Same thing for me, Maron ocassionally loops over & over beginning when Sammy is talking and then he stops looping when it's his turn to talk. Always trying to get a word in!

It must be the playback and not my system, it happens when I watch on PC (Explorer) and Mac (Safari).

As others have mentioned, I have problems with VOD and live video and audio freezing up. (Usually refreshes easily but not on the VOD.)
Sometimes on the Sunday show the interviews over the phone come in at a much lower audio level.
Some times if I have the laptop on in the kitchen and leave the desktop computer on upstairs I realize that the feeds are different. Sometimes I am losing Marc's or your words.

The nature of the problem is: sam streams great. marc freezes and then stutters and then speeds up and then catches up and then freezes again. it's funny for about a minute. i only try to watch for about the first five minuts so i don't know if it ever fixes itself... (this is audio and video)

Observations : i get a little box that says something about buffering in both windows. doesn't seem to mean anything. sam still works, marc still irritates (just the stream not the content)

I watched the two most recent S v. M archives last night, and I was screaming on the inside by the time I finished. Both files featured occasional sound fragment looping when one party was on full rant and the other was trying to interrupt. I don't know what else to call it; I have made a recording of this and will send a link for you to download if you would find this helpful. There was also a fair amount of audio break-up, or intermittent freezing. I see that I'm not alone, and I want to make clear that the fragment that loops is both audio and video, and it has happened to both Marc and Sam, although less often with Sam.

Last night I was using a G3 Powerbook (Mac OS X 10.4, 400 MHz processor with 768 mb sdram.

Accessing the same files again this afternoon (making the recording), I used my new Mac Mini, which has a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 1 GB ram.

In both cases I watched using the BitCartel application iRecordMusic, which piggybacks audio recording onto the Safari web browser application.

I am experiencing a little freezing today on the live S-Cam; I've had some great sessions and some that were so horrible that I had to flip back to my XM radio to actually listen to the program content.

The program content of the two S v. M episodes was worth paying for, but the delivery is very bad news.

My internet connection is DSL, the same for both computers.

I gave up on the VOD after the bizarre looping of Marc on one word over and over again, while Sammy cam is good.
On Seder on Sundays, keep getting buffer overruns, screen freezes, audio stops. After a few seconds, it seems to resolve itself, but about every other time, I have to refresh to get Sammy active again.
I do the same as another poster above, I listen to SoS on XM and turn up the volume on the Sammy cam during breaks.

Tuesday when I am at work - using Windows Vista on a brand new Dell using Verizon DSL

I'm in Portland, OR and have a cable connection.

I'd like to use Sammy Cam and try it every week. It seems to work fine and then all of a sudden buffer = 0 and sammy is frozen. it will unfreeze soon enough but i've missed a few sentences at least.

That happens at various times. At first I thought it was every time you transitioned to a guest or a call but it happens at other times as well. I end up streaming the cam so I can listen in during some commercial breaks, and after show, but generally I turn the sound down and stream the show from KPOJ's website and listen in without interruption.

Its the Maron stuttering problem. Maron sometimes goes into repeat stuttering loop while Sam's feed continues w/ no problem.
This is a new, very powerful PC with like, 4 gigs of RAM and all the bells and whistles...and I was having trouble with the cable, so the cable is newly run, tested, and its a new modem...AND the usage is low at that hour...I reloaded my OS because its a dell and...well, you know....So, I cant figure that its at my end...and everyone else is reporting the same thing.
I was thinking that it was maybe that Maron's equipment situation is less stable than Sam's studio...I dunno...

SOS YK widestance has skips often in the audio and gaps...
I will try Sunshine Jim's idea of rebooting before the show. The problem is that often Im running out to the gym and so am setting the screen capture and all that.
I do tend to have alot of things open and Im blogging and all...but this is machine has alot of resources...Will try to shut down some stuff.

also, I join in with the others requesting an audio podcast be available, or an itunes video download for MP3/video player things, because I'm often just unable to sit and watch..though I will do that VOD later on...I do download things like diggnation itunes videos and listen/watch in the car...would love to have that available of the Unshaven SvM

Maron needs a little traveling studio in a suitcase...I dont buy all that crap that a Mac can just do this stuff on the fly. You need real equipment.

Most of the time Lauren is just sitting there doing nothing. Your definitely streaming a lot of video that seems to be completely useless. You could probably improve things dramatically if you had one feed you could alternate between if she has something big to say. Maybe something on your pc to switch which feed is live.

If she is going to say a lot one day that is fine. But, when she is not it wastes half your bandwidth.

Also, multiple windows in firefox cause me problems in all video players. It uses one process for all windows. If there is other flash content running they can conflict sometimes.

Finally, your captcha is way over the line. You need to bold respecting upper and lowercase characters. I am a programmer and I have never seen a case sensitive one before. That is way over the line for spam protection.

I get sort of a halting audio and a little jumpy on the video. The audio will drop out and come back in a second later on the phoneme at which it dropped out. Sometimes it deletes a sylable-or-two. I used to have Adelphia, but it was bought out by Time/Warner/Roadrunner :~(

When I watch and listen via the SammyCam the sound cuts out continously goes off for about 1-2 seconds. The buffer says 0 when it goes out.

Also on the Sam vs Maron show the picture gets hung up. That makes Maron keep saying one or two words over and over again. There is no way of getting past that, so it is impossible to watch or listen. I hope this makes sense!

The majority of the time this week for SOS the Cam worked with a bit of delay of sound.
At the end of the show, the cam froze and I could not see/hear the after show discussion.

Using both XP on toshiba Satellite 335-S611 and
Vista on toshiba Satellite 12.5 inch latest and greatest w/ more memory and everything else anyone could want - a computer that will last for 2 yrs without going out of date.

Sorry, this is Anon in Baltimore again. Forgot to mention I also have a 3rd VOD problem where Maron loops and repeats the same phrase/sentence over and over again. When he gets unstuck it appears the sync with Sam has been disrupted for a minute or two. Then everything comes back to normal.

I would LOVE to have audio mp3 downloads available too (for the sake of portability), though I know that's not what you're asking.

Old problems I noticed were Sam was much quieter than marc so we had to keep turning the volume up and down on our speakers to hear audio. Today the level of sound was even on both sides (neither was louder than the other). There was of course the mic problem with Maron going into silent movie mode. (Can you please talk about the apple cider vinegar thing again? The sound was lost on that totally and I've been wondering what was the reason for that all week! Seriously obsessing! Finally there was my answer but I couldn't hear it, and I was like this is bullshit yo! Total bullshit! Not that it's your fault, but you have no idea how this is nagging me. Why apple cider vinegar? why?! and why so much of it?! bathing in it? why?! So please, please, pretty please?) Anyways, sound being even is getting better.

Today there was a new problem that freaked me out a bit. Where marc sort of goes into warp speed for 2-3 seconds. I was like, holy freakin mother of god! What was that? It looks like he ate a demon and slipped into the matrix. It's a seriously weird glitch. If he moves his arms or something it's even wierder and trippy, cause he moves in super speed or fast forward. So that was totally new as of today. Never saw that before. It happened twice today. It's sort of awesome, but probably not what you're going for.

There's always a bit of breaking up and lagging (only slight). But, I've never watched anything on the net that didn't have that so having a web something or another (whether audio, video or whatever) free of that is maybe beyond what technology can do. It's not so bad that I can't follow things. I maybe loose 1 syllable of a word, or I get a stutter. So really it's plinking along pretty good for web. I think those kind of glitches are to be expected until we get further along in technology.

We are on Comcast and on a rural high speed provider on the weekends. Basically having the same problem as everyone else. Work on a fairly new, but basic, Gateway running Vista. For example, video out of sync, Maron repeating himself (due to technology), drop etc. Running on a wireless connection at both locations.

Love you 2 guys, though, so I am being patient. Looking forward to a podcast, which is how I catch most of my shows since I can't stream where I work.

Maron continues to loop out of sync. Seder will be speaking and Maron sort of interrupts with these weird electo-spasms. Better this week but very annoying. Please just audio podcast and I'll be happy to subscibe. It's not like you're utilizing the visual nedium anyway.
