Wow! Its 5 am here and I am waking up to Seder and Maron, how cool! I love both of you guys. I don't think I've laughed so hard since the last time I heard Marc live. I miss both of you so much I was ready to offer to fly you both out to Maui just to hang out with me. I'm a chef/baker you know, I would have totally taken care of you. (I used to send Maron baked goods and would send him more if I could he looks a little gaunt, still handsome in a 'Byron-in-an-opium-den sort of way)

Sam, can you ask Marc if he will performing in Philly again?

I can see and hear Sam, but nothing from MM

I can't hear or see Maron...I couldn't connect to the Sammycam for 20 minutes.

I can only get Sam's end of things. Last week was perfection! This Wide Stance viewing is really throwing a wrench into the whole production!

I can only hear (and see) Sam.

I only got Sam at first, then I opened the page in a second browser window, and got Marc.

I refreshed(F5)and now I have Marc and no Sam. Oh boy!

me too. it took forever to get onto the site and then I had the same problems with the cam as SuperRu and KT4 - either I'd get Sam's video and not Marc's or vice versa. When I tried to refresh, it took me 30 minutes to get back on site. Maybe that means a lot of people are trying to watch??

I can see and hear Sam, but I, too, can't see or hear Marc. At one point I could see and hear Marc, but then it switched. Bummer. I'll have to wait for someone to put up a link for the audio. :-(

why is this taking so long

its taken me 20 minutes to load the page. connections to other sites seem to be working. is sams site down or having severe problems?

Hi all. I am one of the lucky ones getting the audio and video via Fernando's site. Sam says that they are getting absolutely SLAMMED on the site. The site is apparently usually set up for several 1000 people, but obviously there are more than several 1000 people trying to tune in.

So....this is sad for everyone who cannot get the audio/video, but GREAT news for the success of the show!!

i guess the problems are widespread. it might be the internet. i used speedtest.net to check throughput and am getting 4mbs locally and to frederick and washington but 500K to new york city....

the whole thing is super slow

Sam: Seems the bloggie is on the same server/portal as the Sammie Cam. In the interim, till you can up the bandwidth, you could shut down the blog while the S&M Show is on to let more peeps enjoy you & Maron.

FYI: The first few times I tried to get the S&M Cam & on to the blog I got a 'User Count Exceeded' error from the ISP's server.

And finally, you two are just too fucking cool! When you make this a subscription gig, I'm in.

Progressive radio hotties Sam Seder and Marc Maron are producing an as yet unnamed videocast at 11am Eastern this morning. The audio from last week, as well as the videocast for this week, are at the Sam Seder Show website.

the kinks out of the system. THis was extremely frustrating today. I finally got to have both windows on - not on same window but after many refreshes i got marc on a window and sam on another window so - had to keep clicking on whomever was speaking - and this only happened 5 minutes before the end of the show; the rest of the time was franting clicking and loading reloading and refreshing and cussing... and i am at work, mind you

Now THAT's daytime entertainment! I'll be back for more next week and the next and the next...

I didn't catch the beginning of the show because of the overload. I was just wondering if last nights Mulloy Audio was going to be available on Sam's site?

FYI: Once I got on, there were very few buffer outs. Maron's camera over-pixelates whenever he moves; probably due to being outside & it being a low-end cam, but no biggie. The audio was great.

So glad this got done. Can you two replace the dead guy on in the morning. I thought I was listening to C-span, but it turned out to be aar. Or is that not the point?

We loved listening to the audio of the first marc and sam vid-cast,even if we heard it a week later....keep on doing it. we can't watch it live, gotta work.

Marc and Sam's fairly free-flowing conversation was very enjoyable. If they can up production just a bit (some fx, maybe phone calls, etc) I think it'll be wonderful.

You know what was really nice? No baby talk. Not that I want to listen to constant profanities, but it's nice to hear adults discuss things as adults.

Another nice thing? No breaks. That's probably really tough, but it allowed for in-depth discussions that you don't normally hear.

I will certainly be on board to pay them directly for content. With any luck, they'll become so successful as online celebs, they can go daily and wave good-bye to those that have done them such disservice over the years.

Finally some thoughtful and funny guys to listen to again. Marc and Sam are a great pairing, and I'm looking forward to many more hours of their insightfulnes. Maybe Future Marc will call in again to let us know how many years of Marc and Sam we have to look forward to. I'll pay for the subscription service, not happily, but because they deserve to get paid and I want them back on the air!-
